About
FIRST I had a point-and-shoot film camera as a kid. I still remember the very first shot taken with it, a portrait of my father and little brother sitting in the living room sofa.
THEN I pursued photojournalism as my first career, taking a bachelor's degree in photojournalism and working as a photojournalist for a couple of years.
NOW I discern the essence of the world around me, along travels far away or just by a walk around the house corner. I explore and capture. Portraying a world filled with details, nature, cityscapes, and people.
Analogue Photography
Because analog photography is all about taking your time. Waiting for the time to be right and to show another kind of beauty, outside the digital pixelations.
Post-processing
No AI, no manipulations. I clean up some dust, do some slight color corrections or perhaps some cropping. Then there is seldom need for more, just keeping the image as pure and imperfect it can be.
Fineart Photographic Prints
When making prints of my work I settle for no less than using inks and paper of high archival quality.
